The Chrysalis Effect: Introductory Talk

We are very excited to announce that Elaine Wilkins is coming to Halifax for an evening of inspiration and transformation. Elaine is the author of ‘Finding Me’ and the founder of The Chrysalis Effect. Elaine suffered with ME for 6 years and now, fully recovered, she leads a specialist team, dedicated to teaching the 8 Essentials of Recovery and changing the approach and treatment of these conditions at government level.

What is the Chrysalis Effect?
