My approach is to work with people to move from existing to living with an integrative approach to the whole person. You may be challenged by one singular event or many life events either way I can help with the challenges you are facing.
The issues I work with are extensive, utilising continual development and training alongside 11 years’ experience. I can offer you a confidential, non-judgemental space so we can release negative limiting beliefs that have informed your life and work towards a positive happier future.
Psychotherapy is an umbrella term used for several approaches brought together for maximum benefit for the client. Within my psychotherapeutic approach there is EMDR, Parks Inner Child Therapy, Gestalt, Person Centred, Solution Focussed, Transactional Analysis, NLP, EFT, CBT, Behaviour Therapies, Hypnotherapy and Coaching. Not everyone benefits from the same style of working so I have integrated the best of my experience to design approaches that fit an individual’s needs.
For fellow professionals I also deliver clinical supervision either in person or online.

Counsellor BA (Hons) Psychology Advanced Diploma Counselling MNCP Senior Accreditation Phone: 07479 458 388 Email: fscottthom1@gmail.com |
In the 30 years since graduating in Psychology, Fiona has worked in many mental health settings but set up on her own after growing increasingly concerned about the long waits people have for counselling within the NHS. Fiona always tries to see clients within a week of them requesting to see her. Fiona believes that counselling can help people who:
Feel emotionally exhausted by illness or life events.
Feel isolated, anxious or depressed.
Need a safe place to express their feelings of sadness or bereavement.
Need to manage stress and conflict in their lives.
Want to gain insight and understanding of themselves and their problems.
Want to work toward balance in their lives.
I am glad to be part of the Mind and Body Team, I believe that mental and physical well being are not separate, and when approached as a whole can rapidly improve quality of life.

Craniosacral Therapy Reiki Rejuvanessence Somatic Movement Exercise Coaching Phone: 07771724021 Email: debramorrice@gmail.com Website: http://debramorrice.com/ |
I have been working as a therapist since my first training in Reiki 18 years ago and since then have been passionate about working holistically with clients to improve their wellness. I run clinics here at Mind and Body Halifax and at The Life Centre in Notting Hill, London.
My main therapy is Craniosacral Therapy working with the nervous system to help calm and reduce anxiety and help the body realign to release restrictions from injury and emotional holding.
I also offer Somatic Movement Exercise Coaching to help clients learn how to realign their own posture at home with very gentle movement that trains the brain to send the correct messages to the muscles to remember their true resting length.
Rejuvanessence is a facial treatment taken as one treatment or more generally a course of 6 preferably a week apart, looking at diet and lifestyle to improve the tone and quality of the skin. The treatment releases the muscles of the face and neck and uses manual lymphatic drainage, acupressure and cranial techniques to relax and rejuvenate.
Reiki is a deeply relaxing energy treatment that is helpful during times of feeling depleted or overwhelmed by life and needing a boost.
The treatments I offer are all beneficial to the mind, body and spirit and touch upon a need in people that is becoming pressing in today's fast-paced society.

Counselling Psychotherapist (BSc) Phone: 07950292464 Email: oliviaempathyroom@gmail.com |
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist mainly using the person-centered approach. This involves supporting you to explore the causes of your distress. I specialise in working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, self-harm and eating disorders.
I offer a relaxed and confidential space for you to discuss these issues and my aim is to encourage you to become more self-aware whist also promoting emotional well-being. Dealing with personal issues can be an overwhelming and lonely place so speaking to a psychotherapist allows you to share these worries with a non-judgemental professional in a safe environment.
I am also a member of the National Council of Psychotherapy.
